The WRBHA is governed by the Board of Directors consisting of six volunteers; President, two Vice Presidents, Tournament Director, Technical Director and Women's Director. The daily needs of the association are overseen by an Executive Director. At this time the President and two Vice President positions are voted in by the Member Leagues every other year during the elections in the Fall and these Executive appoint the four Director positions. Member Leagues send delegates to represent at WRBHA general meetings and establish the rules and regulations governing the sport.
